Introduction and Scope

This TriFact365 Code of Conduct provides guidelines for business decisions and sets forth principles for ethical business conduct. The Code of Conduct contains clear and universal standards and the behaviours we expect from TriFact365 employees.

We adhere to the standards set forth in our Code of Conduct and underlying ethics and compliance policies to ensure that we not only provide the best service but also operate in an ethical, appropriate, and lawful manner.

Compliance and Legislation

We ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including privacy legislation (GDPR), and contractual agreements.

  • Process personal data confidentially and responsibly, respect everyone's privacy, and ensure that personal data is effectively protected and used exclusively for legitimate purposes.

  • Protect confidential information. Use secure means of communication and report incidents immediately.

Human Rights and Working Conditions

We ensure the highest standards of business conduct by adhering to universal human rights principles.

  • Prohibition of child labour: No employees under the age of 15 (or 14 in countries with an ILO developing country exception) and no employees under the age of 18 for hazardous work.

  • Prohibition of forced labour: No slavery, forced labour, exploitation, or human trafficking.

  • Non-discrimination: Equal treatment regardless of skin colour, race, nationality, social background, disability, gender, sexual identity, religion, political belief, or age.

  • Freedom of association: Recognise the right to form unions and engage in collective bargaining.

  • Working hours and compensation: Compliance with legal working hours and fair compensation.

  • Health & safety: We ensure safe working conditions, training, and an adequate safety management system.

Environmental and Climate Protection

We make environmentally conscious choices and contribute to sustainable solutions.

  • Comply with all legal and international environmental standards.

  • Minimise environmental pollution and continuously improve environmental protection.

  • Reduce emissions of air pollutants and greenhouse gases; prevent soil contamination, water pollution, and noise pollution.

  • Increase energy efficiency, use renewable energy, and reduce water consumption.

  • Do not engage in unlawful expropriation of land, forests, or water bodies.

  • Reduce waste and ensure proper treatment and disposal.

Responsible Business Practices

We actively contribute to sustainable and ethical business practices.

Anti-Corruption and Bribery

Do not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery, and do not participate in it, either directly or indirectly.

  • Do not grant, offer, or promise anything of value to a government official or a party in the private sector.

  • This includes refraining from giving or accepting inappropriate payments.

Fair Competition, Competition Laws, and Intellectual Property Rights

Conduct business in accordance with national and international competition laws and do not participate in price-fixing, market or customer allocation, market sharing, or bid-rigging with competitors.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Conflicts of Interest

Avoid and/or report internally and to TriFact365 any conflicts of interest that could influence business relationships, and prevent even the appearance of such conflicts.

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing

  • Do not facilitate, directly or indirectly, money laundering or the financing of terrorism.

Foreign Trade Regulations

  • Comply with applicable export, import, customs, and foreign trade regulations.

Reporting Procedure and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or applicable laws and regulations can have serious consequences for individuals, seriously harm our company, and expose us to (criminal) charges and fines. TriFact365 encourages you to speak up and report any situation that warrants reporting.
